If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so, unopened via tracked shipping to the address on the packaging. The Zeeoom team will refund your order if there’s a mix up.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange opened or used products unless there is a defect.
